Tibor’s education has focused broadly across business and engineering. He received his Bachelor of Science in Management Science from MIT, completing concentrations in both management information systems and finance. Tibor then completed the dual degree Master of Management and Manufacturing program at Northwestern University, receiving an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a Master of Engineering Management from the Manufacturing Engineering Department at the McCormick School of Engineering. Tibor is an Adjunct Professor at the Brandeis International Business School and has frequently spoken at conferences and guest lectured at universities on clean energy, entrepreneurship and alternative investments. Tibor is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Charter Holder.
Tibor’s working career has spanned investment banking, private equity and venture capital investment management, and start-up management in the clean energy sector. Tibor has traveled extensively, domestically and internationally, for business and pleasure, and he speaks German and Spanish. Tibor sits on six corporate boards and two non-profit boards, including a local community theater group, and has appeared in several plays and musicals.
