Students don’t need to be avid writers to be remarkable people. And if writing isn’t their strong suit, that’s even more reason to support them in finding and translating the thing that makes them remarkable into a solid essay that still sounds like them.

It’s a common misconception that if you haven’t done anything epic or difficult, you won’t have anything to write an essay about. But that’s not the case.
We start with the belief that every kid is inherently interesting and important. And we’ve never been proven wrong. Whatever your kid is up to in their free time, whatever they’re interested or not interested in at school, we know how to draw out the significance of their unique human perspective.
We’ve seen some of the most disengaged or anxious kids come to a new level of confidence through this process. The resulting essays always surprise parents, which is how you know they’re probably going to surprise admissions officers, too.
They should start with some general Admissions Consulting, first. We can help them figure out their career direction, college list, and strategy for getting in somewhere that excites them and will serve them later in life.

We can certainly support you with one-off proofreading and brief consulting or feedback. However, admissions officers have seen it all, so we would never recommend a boilerplate topic. If we feel the essay we review needs to go deeper to truly wow readers, we will offer you that note.
